Julia Albright DVM, Diplomate ACVB is a board certified behaviorist. She received a M.A. in animal behavior in 2001 and her D.V.M. from University of Tennessee in 2005. Last summer, she completed a Residency in Animal Behavior through Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow and the only clinical behaviorist at Cornell. She travels to Ithaca on a monthly basis to see cases and teach clinical behavior to veterinary students. Her research interests include behavioral genetics and stereotypic behaviors in horses. Dr. Albright sees clients by appointment only on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Dr. Albright sees dogs and cats as well as birds, pocket pets and reptiles.

Amy K. Anderson, DVM completed her undergraduate and professional degrees at Kansas State University, graduating in 1979. Her focus has always been Emergency Medicine and she has worked in several area Emergency Hospitals, including clinics in Norwalk, Hartford and Cheshire. She joined the emergency staff at Central Hospital in 2000.

Anna Crosby VMD, Diplomate ACVECC is a board certified emergency/criticalist. She graduated from and did her internship at the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to a residency at Tufts and was boarded in 2002. She was a senior staff member at Angell Animal Medical Center and was the director of their residency program. She comes to us from MedVet Medical and Cancer Center located in Ohio. Dr. Crosby is New Haven Central Hospital's Medical Director of Emergency and ICU Services.

Ann Davis, DVM, PhD graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1975. She spent 4 years in small animal practice in Canada and England, completed an Internship and Residency in Small Animal Medicine at OVC and received a PhD in Immunology from the University of Toronto. She has extensive research experience in both academia and in veterinary pharmaceuticals. Dr. Davis joined Central Hospital in May of 2002. Her primary interest is in Internal Medicine.

Marianne Freschlin, DVM completed her undergraduate work at Carnegie Mellon University and obtained her Veterinary degree from Tufts University in 1993. After 3 years in general practice she decided to pursue emergency medicine exclusively. She joins us from 5 years at an emergency hospital in Stratford. Her special interests are in exotics and wildlife.

Lisa MacKay, DVM received her undergraduate degree from the University of Prince Edward Island and graduated from Atlantic Veterinary College in 2000. Dr. MacKay joined Central Hospital in August of 2001 after working for one year in private practice in Connecticut. Her primary interest is in feline and canine medicine.

Morgan MacKay, DVM received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Prince Edward Island and graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1996. He practiced in Canada for 4 years before practicing here in Connecticut for 2 years. Dr MacKay joined us in the Spring of 2002. His primary interest is in canine and feline medicine.

Diana Weston, DVM graduated from Oregon State University in 1991. Since completing her internship here at Central Hospital in 1992 she worked in area outpatient and emergency hospitals as a relief veterinarian. She joined the Central clinical staff in 2001 as a member of our Emergency Staff.
