regarding finances is extremely important for good relations between
the client and the veterinarian. Before your pet is admitted, the
veterinarian will provide a written estimate of expected fees. If
treatment for your animal is changed, the estimate may need to be
revised. Please contact your veterinarian if you have any questions.
Following your pet's hospital stay, an itemized statement will be
prepared for you. All fees must be paid at the time services are
rendered. We accept cash, checks with photo ID and Debit cards.
For the convenience of our clients requesting credit terms, MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. You are also invited
to apply for CareCredit,
which is a credit plan that can be used only at participating veterinary
hospitals such as ours.
We invite you
to explore the option of Veterinary
Pet Insurance (VPI) to see if it's right for you and your pet.
With the exception of routine scheduled surgeries, clients will
be asked to leave a deposit at the time of hospitalization of their
pet.
